The booking form for the Hub is here:The sports hall and Tom’s room doors are on timers to open and lock when needed. You do not need to arrange to collect a key for access. If you need to have access to cooking equipment, the Hub kitchen is available to hire (rate is stated on the hire rates linked above). Please note that you require this on your booking form.
If you hire the kitchen this is accessed through the ground floor glazed door at the car park end of the building - walk ahead through the first internal door and then the door is on your right. You will need to walk back out and round the front of the building to access Tom’s Room via the metal steps by the sports hall. You must leave the kitchen clean and tidy
Tom’s Room has reusable plates and mugs - please wash in the sink if used.
Tom’s Room has ceiling speakers that you can connect to via a wall plate with jack input - please bring your own device and connection cable suitable for your device to connect to jack input if you wish to use this.
Please refrain from sticking decorations to the painted walls.
Please empty the bin (bin bags are under the sink) and leave Tom’s Room clean and tidy after use. There is a brush and scoop at the side of the tea and coffee machine. Wheelie bins are at the car park end of the building.
Please make sure that all doors are closed at the end of your session so they will lock using the timer system. Do not pin doors open with chairs/fire extinguishers.
There is a lift to Tom’s Room from the sports hall entrance area. Please only use the lift where you or a guest are unable to use the stairs and do not allow children to enter the lift unaccompanied.
